Planning Districts Program reboots

Work resumes on implementation of the Planning Districts concept of the Westmoreland County Comprehensive Plan in November 2021!  

Focused on central Westmoreland County the planning district program will work with local governments and leaders to craft locally relevant and regionally informed plans and strategies for vital communities at located in the heart of Westmoreland County.  Return to this site regularly for updates.
